Welcome to the Brock University Retirees’ Association web site. Our membership comprises a cross-section of retired Brock University employees who enjoy meeting their colleagues at a variety of organized social events. BURA activities are managed by an annually elected executive team of BURA volunteers. Our activities are supported by member fees and the University through the Office of Development & Alumni Relations.
Each social year, we offer a number of events between September and June. These events, hosted at various Niagara venues, often include a speaker presentation or musical entertainment from members of Brock’s larger community of faculty, staff, and former students. Two seasonal celebrations are typical such as a festive event in December and a spring barbecue in June, as well as other ad hoc activities such as dinner and a movie night or a Shaw Theatre outing. Please keep an eye on our newsletters and this web site as we roll out the list of upcoming activities in August, November and March.

And, should you decide to join us, please click on the Prospective Members icon to locate our online membership registration form and other membership details including the price of the initial year of membership – a very reasonable price indeed!
