Countdown to Welcome Weekend is on!
As you prepare to move to campus, we strongly recommend reading the information on this page. Please check back regularly.
- Welcome Weekend 2026 is Saturday, September 5th and Sunday, September 6th.
- Classes begin Wednesday, September 9, 2026.
- You will be assigned a specific, one-hour move-in time slot and we ask that your helpers depart the parking lot within four hours of moving in to ensure we have enough space for everyone (e.g. if assigned a 9 a.m. move-in slot, helpers must depart by 1pm ). You can see your assigned timeslot on the Housing Hub.
- Early arrivals are not available. If you will be arriving late, please let us know in advance by selecting a Late Move In appointment on the “My Move In” tab in the Housing Hub.
