We are happy to offer Spring/Summer Residence for students who are studying at Brock between May and August. Students will live in a townhouse style residence which offers full kitchens and there is no mandatory meal plan in the spring/summer.
Price and location
Stay in townhouse-style accommodation in your own private bedroom for $525/month* and walk to your classes. Parking is included in this great rate! These furnished units have cooking facilities and shared common areas. Enjoy the company of 3 other housemates taking courses. The price includes: wireless internet, cable service telephone service in the living room as well as parking.
*$525 is the early bird rate for Spring and Spring/Summer only, please see fees tab below for the full listing of fees.

Live with Friends
We are happy to assign students to live together. Simply indicate each other on your application. Please note that this may not be possible for us to assign students together when applying late, if you wish to live with friends, please submit your applications as soon as possible.
What to do if you want to live with some friends
- Decide on one person to be the coordinator of your group.
- On your online application indicate the friends that you would like to stay in your unit. Each unit has a maximum of 3 to 4 students.
- Contact your friends and have them include you on their application for housemates.
How assignments are made?
Students are placed based on the information provided on their application. Other factors like the length of your stay, your program, and your age can also affect your rooming assignment. While we do our best, we may not be able to accommodate every request on an application.
When will I know?
You will receive a confirmation shortly after you have submitted your application to confirm its receipt. Please ensure that you pay the $300 application fee to Brock to complete your application.
We will have room assignments out to students by the end of February.
Students have the economical option of cooking for themselves when they live in Quarry View or Village Residence. Four guests share a common kitchen for preparing meals. You will need to bring your own dinnerware and cookware. Your arrival booklet will outline grocery stores in the area that are easily accessible by bus.
Students and their parents are welcome to fill up their student card with Flex Dollars at the Brock Card Office to access meals in the dining hall and at kiosks on and off campus. Click here to find out how to go to fill up your card online. For more information on the outlets open during the summer and the hours of operations, please visit the Brock Dining Services website.
In the area
Close to Quarry View Residence there is an International Building with a Noodle Bar, McDonald’s Restaurant, Tim Horton’s Restaurant, Spiice Chinese restaurant, and a Subway Restaurant.
Close to the Village Residence there is the Hungry Badger food court in the Walker Complex. The Guernsey Market is located in the centre of campus.
To cancel residence for Spring summer, please send that cancellation in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellations received prior to room assignments being sent out will receive a full refund of the $300 application fee.
Cancellations after room assignments are sent out will forfeit the $300 application fee.
Students who cancel residence after the scheduled move in day (whether or not they have moved in) will be responsible for paying the full residence fee. If there are extenuating circumstances then you can submit an appeal. Appeals can be sent to email@example.com and must include appropriate supporting documentation.
