For activities in the Walker Sports Complex and in person ExpressFit Classes pre-registration is required.

Walker Sports Complex Facility Hours

  • Saturday October 9th and Sunday October 10th- 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm
  • Monday October 11th- CLOSED
  • Tuesday October 12 to Friday October 15th- 8:30 am to 7:00 pm
  • Saturday October 16th- 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm
  • Sunday October 17th- 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Stretch & Strengthen This class will challenge your mind-muscle connection while moving your body through its fullest ranges of movement

Bodyweight Barre No equipment needed.  This total body workout targets and isolates your muscles

Slow Flow Recharge and focus with this slow yoga flow

Gentle Yoga Relax, find your breath, and focus during this total body stretching class

Cardio Barre This class blends dance and fitness, with non-stop cardio followed by barre strength training and flexibility
