COVID-19 Information

Brock University requires medical masks to be worn in instructional spaces at this time.  The use of masks is strongly recommended everywhere on campus, especially when maintaining distance from others is not possible.

Brock Recreation has a full compliment of virtual fitness classes on demand available here.

As well, Brock students have access to a wide variety of on-line classes through your My SSP app – download it for free. Search Brock University Student Counselling Program when creating your profile to access Brock’s branded My SSP app.

The locker rooms are open – students may rent a locker by the term or use a day locker – bring a lock and store your belongings, and remove your belongings each day.  Locks are available for sale at the Welcome Desk.  Showers are available as well.

Brock University has removed the requirement to wear a mask on campus as of July 4, 2022.  Participants are welcome to continue to mask.

In August 2022, Brock University announced that masks are required to be worn in Brock Academic classes.

We all need to work together to ensure the safety of all who participate in activity and work in the Walker Sports Complex.  Participants are asked to be diligent in cleaning equipment after using.  Extra sanitization takes place in the evening.

Any student wishing to come to the Walker Sports Complex should check in on the lower level of the Walker Sport Complex at the Equipment Room (the Cage).

The locker room is available for your use.  Please respect patrons’ wishes for maintaining distance in the locker room.  Showering prior to swimming is mandatory, shower areas are available.
