Visit the course evaluation system.

Sign in with your Brock University email and password.

Click the View and manage questionnaire settings option associated with the course evaluation that you’d like to edit.

Click the Opt out button. Note that the Status will then change to Opted out. Click Finalize to complete the opt-out process.
