Visit the course evaluation system.

Sign in with your Brock University email and password.

Click the Choose the personalized questions option associated with the course evaluation that you’d like to edit.

To enter personalized Likert-style rating questions, click the Show Section option within the Create custom-worded rating questions area. To enter personalized open-ended questions, click the Show Section option within the Create custom-worded open-ended questions area.

Click the Edit button.

Enter the text of your question within the space that’s provided and ensure that the Select option has been enabled. Additional questions can be added to this section after clicking their associated Edit buttons.

Ensure that the Submit button is used after you’ve completed entering your personalized questions.
