The Instructional Skills Workshop is a peer based, experiential instructional development program and is one of the most successful approaches to pedagogy in post-secondary. This 3 day certificate program focuses on teaching and learning in a small group setting and is designed to enhance the teaching effectiveness of both new and experienced educators.
This programming is open to Brock University faculty, sessional instructors and teaching assistants and is offered multiple times each year (August, Fall and Spring Reading Week, May). Departmental or Faculty ISW sessions can be scheduled on request.
