  • Employee Fall Parking Permit Online Sales Begin Tuesday June 26, 2018

    Parking Services is gearing up for the parking permit sales season.

    Faculty and staff online only permit sales begin Tuesday, June 26 at 10 a.m. In-office sales will begin Wednesday, July 4 at 10 a.m. at Parking Services’ new location inside the Campus Store in Plaza Building. Some permits have a special order process and are not available online.  Please contact Parking Services at 905-688-5550 x 4309 or parking@brocku.ca if you do not see your desired permit.

    Student permit sales, both online and in-office, will start Wednesday, July 4 at 10 a.m. Details to be posted on this website soon.

  • University to introduce free parking model for Zones 1 and 2

    It will soon be easier for members of the Brock University community and visitors to access campus, thanks to a new parking model coming this spring.

    From May 1 through Aug. 31, parking permits and meter receipts will no longer be needed for  Zone 1 and Zone 2 during the spring and summer months. The lots, which are on the west side of Glenridge Avenue and Merrittville Highway, will be open for all employees, students and visitors to park day and night, except between 2 and 5 a.m.

    From Sept. 1 through April 30, Zone 1 and 2 will be free after 6 p.m. on weekdays, and all day on weekends, except between 2 and 5 a.m.

  • Free Parking on Campus During Holiday Break

    Planning on coming to campus over the holiday break? Brock University is offering complimentary parking from Dec. 23 to Jan. 1. Regular parking operations will resume Tuesday, Jan. 2. Should there be a snow event, Visitor Lot D will be cleared first and available for parking.

    Please note that parking regulations still apply:

    • No parking overnight (between 2 and 5 a.m.)
    • No parking in a fire route or in bus stops.
    • Accessible permits must be displayed while parking in accessible spaces.
    • Obstructing roads, laneways or loading/unloading areas is prohibited.
    • Parking on landscaped areas or walkways is prohibited.

    Most University buildings throughout Brock’s main campus, east campus and satellite locations will be locked and closed beginning Friday, Dec. 22 at 10 p.m. See what’s open and closed during the holidays.

  • Winter 2018 Parking Permits

    Winter term parking permits are currently available for order online at brocku.ca/parking. Permits already ordered will be available for pick-up or permits may be purchased at the Parking Services office starting Monday, December 4th during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please bring your Brock card or valid ID to pick up your permit at Parking Services new location inside the Campus Store in Plaza building!

  • Parking Services Moves to a New Location Monday, Oct. 16th

    Parking Services will find a new home in Plaza Building inside the Campus Store as of Monday October 16th, 2017!

    The former Parking Office at TH221 will close at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, October 13th, and the office will re-open at the new location inside the campus store on Monday October 16th at 8:30 a.m.

    Please come visit us at our new location for any parking needs! We can still be reached by email at parking@brocku.ca or by phone at 905-688-5550 ext. 4309.

    Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

  • Spring and Summer Permits Sales Start April 10, 2017

    Starting Monday, April 10th, 2017 spring/summer permits will be available for purchase at the Parking Services office located at TH 221 from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Permits are available in flexible weekly increments for the duration of your course and exam time.

    For fast service please bring your course and exam schedule, your Brock ID and your license plate number(s). Any account balances must be paid prior to purchasing a permit. You must also link license plates of all vehicles that will display the permit. Please note that spring/summer permits are not available online, and must be purchased at the Parking Office.

     

  • Parking Over Holiday Closure

    Brock University is pleased to offer free parking across main campus from Dec. 24th to Jan 2nd inclusive.

    While there is no charge for parking during these dates, parking regulations still apply.

    Winter term parking permits are currently available for order online at brocku.ca/parking. Permits already ordered will be available for pick-up or permits may be purchased at the Parking Services office starting Monday, November 28th during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  When visiting Parking Services please park in the Theal House parking lot or in Zone 2.

  • Parking Permit Delivery Starts Soon

    Pre-ordered parking permits are being mailed out by Canada Post and interoffice mail starting August 8th.  Please be patient as they won’t all go out at once.   If you do not receive your pre-ordered permit by August 31st, then contact Parking Services by calling 905-688-5550 x 4309 or by email at parking@brocku.ca

    Permits that have been pre-ordered with “hold for pick-up” can be picked up at Parking Services office during business hours starting Wednesday, Aug 10th. Please bring your Brock ID card or other government issued photo ID when you come to pick up your permit. Any permits ordered from August 23rd onward will be held for pick up at Parking Services. There will be no mail out option for orders from that date forward.

    Order your permit now!

    There are plenty of parking permits available for most lots so please order now to avoid line-ups in September.    Remember that the old permits expire August 31st and new permits must be displayed from September 1st on.
