Parking Services information update
With Fall Term now underway, the Parking Services team is reminding Brock faculty and staff about updates to parking on campus. The information listed below can also be found on the Parking Services website.
- Paid parking, which began Tuesday, Sept. 5, is required in all lots Monday to Friday 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. Learn more about updates to parking rules and regulations.
- Parking permits can be purchased online. The implementation of new license plate recognition technology has replaced physical parking pass tags and licence plates must be registered. The deadline for those eligible for payroll deduction has been extended to Monday, Sept. 18 at 4:30 p.m.
- Hourly, daily and five-pack options are available for paid parking lots and spaces through HONK mobile. Monthly parking options are also available in Lot 1 and Lot 2. Watch how to use the HONK app. Drivers are encouraged to download the app before coming to campus.

The main Parking Services office is located in the Campus Store and open Monday to Friday 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. A new Parking Guest Services desk is now located in the Rankin Family Pavilion, alongside Campus Safety Services. The desk will be open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. for customer and guest support, including the HONK mobile app and paid parking payment support.
