You can submit equipment requests to the VISA Equipment Kiosk using this request form. Requests will be fulfilled within 24 hours, during business days only. You can expect a confirmation email once the items are available for pick up. Requested items will be grouped, clearly labelled and made available for pick up in MWS 229C in the MIWSFPA Campus. Likewise, returned items must be dropped off in MWS 229C.

As part of the process, you will have to agree to the terms outlined in the loaning policy. Take a moment to review the document as all equipment loans are subject to the terms presented there.

The Kiosk’s hours of operations are:
Monday – Friday
10:00 am – 2:00 pm | 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Saturday – Sunday
12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
