Norgen Rising Star Award

Awarded to two graduate students registered for the 2022 FMS GRaD conference. Candidates will display strong academic aptitude as a graduate student in a research-oriented program. While not exhaustive, such characteristics should demonstrate an enquiring and innovative mind, a spirit of confidence and independence, research ability, maturity, and a high potential for future leadership within the student’s academic area. The student may also have been involved in graduate representation on university committees, or in university activities that reflect well on graduate students.
