Lifespan Speaker Series – Learning more, not less – Memory as we age

Close Up Of Senior Woman With String Tied Around Finger As Reminder

How does our memory for events change as we get older and what do these changes mean for our memory in everyday life? This webinar hosted on January 28, 2021, focused on Brock University’s Dr. Karen Campbell’s research, explored that question while discussing:

  • What happens to memory as we age
  • Different research looking at memory
  • Ways to improve memory for events

Please note that this webinar does not recommend any specific resource and/or treatment options, nor is it intended to provide individual advice. Individuals should consult with their healthcare team/treatment provider for all healthcare recommendations and decisions.

We would like to acknowledge the support from the Faculty of Social Sciences and the Office of Research Services, which helped to make this event possible.
