For individuals not affiliated with Brock University, but who need access to university services such as our wireless network, ITS Labs, and the Library; please contact the Information technology Services (ITS) Help Desk for a guest account. If you require access to Brock resources such as my.brocku.ca, email or file shares, you will be required to have a sponsored guest account. Sponsored guest accounts can be provided to anyone who does not have a current affiliation to Brock University, but requires resources for the purpose of conducting business or research.
Your departmental administrative assistant must complete a computer account application form (my.brocku.ca -> BrockDB -> Home -> DepartmentForms -> AccessForm) to begin the process.
Note: Brock University is a Eduroam-enabled institution.

Accounts are created on the spot when you visit one of our ITS Help Desks with photo identification. Conference accounts are created within 24 hours, and are available for pickup with photo identification, from the Computer Commons (SBH207) front desk.
