Information Technology Services (ITS) is responsible for the installation, service and maintenance of emergency phones across all Campuses.
The emergency phones provide two way communications between the caller and a Campus Security dispatcher. Information on the location of the emergency phone is sent to the dispatcher via an alarm through our paging system, to enable quick response even if the caller is unable to speak to the dispatcher.

For all emergencies, please contact Campus Security at extension 3200.
Emergency phones are available 24/7, except during scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages. Maintenance and downtime notices are posted on the portal (my.brocku.ca). If an emergency phone is out of service Campus Security posts an “Out of Service” sign on the phone.
