Eligibility for the Brock corporate plan is determined by the department. A request for a new activation requires approval of the position’s supervisor to be processed, however faculty/staff providing their PER account for billing can act as both requestor and approver.
It is the responsibility of the user/department to review the monthly invoices. If personal charges for long distance, roaming, or international texting are incurred the additional cost must be reimbursed to the University.
Mobile service availability is 24/7, except during scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages.
