Information Technology Services provides cable locates for underground telecommunication services to Facilities Management staff as well as outside contractors within Brock University grounds as part of the Ontario One Call program. Cable locates must be completed before any digging, drilling, or excavation takes place. All cable locate requests must be initiated via Ontario One Call or through Facilities Management.
Monday – Friday
8:30AM – 4:30PM
Locate requests will be completed as per requested timeline (if a timeline has been provided) or within 72 hours of receipt of drawings and service request ticket.
Priority will be given if an emergency locate is required due to damaged underground services.
