As an alumni, your student account has become dormant and needs to be reconfigured before you can successfully reactivate it. Before you attempt to reactivate your account, please contact the ITS Help Desk (x4357) to verify your identity, and have a Help Desk agent reconfigure your account for you. You can then follow the steps below to reactivate your account.

It can take up to 24 hours for your account to fully initialize. Once ready, you will be able to log into my.brocku.ca, Office 365, as well as access all other programs and services on-campus that require your Campus ID.
Please note that you will be required to provide additional information when you log in for the first time in order to set up self-service password reset. For more information, please refer to the instructions for resetting your password.
