Fourth Year Info Session

It is approaching the time of year to apply to fourth year in the History program, and you may be eligible to apply!

INFORMATION SESSION ON 4th YEAR IN HISTORY
THURSDAY, 29 FEBRUARY 1-2pm in GLN A 201.

Fourth Year History Application Deadline: MARCH 15

What you need:

  • 70% major average*
  • A complete and signed application form

Please send the form directly to Records, Office of the Registrar (records@brocku.ca) (NOT to the Department of History)

*If your average is slightly below 70% and you still wish to apply, please do. Particular circumstances may allow entry.

4th Year Directed Reading/Research Courses

Please also note that students wishing to apply for directed reading and/or research courses (including 4P50, 4P90, 4P99) also need to apply at this time and should contact potential supervisors now. The deadline for application to these courses is 31 March.  These forms should be returned to Professor McDonald at amcdonald@brocku.ca.  The forms and further information are available at: https://brocku.ca/humanities/history/year-four-forms/
