Security Access Request Form (SARF)

This training is to assist in identifying when a Security Access form is required and how to manipulate the form correctly.

When do I need to fill in this form?

A security access request form needs to be filled in to:

- Create new accounts
- Extend the end date of an account (excluding Staff/student accounts)
- Add security access to a person / account –

Remove security access from a person / account

Step by Step process on requesting a SARF(Security Access Request Form) will be covered.
