Your Flex Dollars are attached to Your Brock ID Card. If lost or stolen, your student card can be replaced by contacting Brock Card at 905-688-5550 ext. 4770.

You can deposit Flex Dollars to your card 24/7 on any computer with Internet access, by using Visa or MasterCard at card.brocku.ca

Yes, you can do both. Flex Dollars are more convenient but all food services on campus accept cash.

For your convenience and speed of service, the cash terminals are programmed to use your Meal Plan first at DeCew/Lowenberger Dining Halls, The Guernsey Market and The Hungry Badger. Only Flex Dollars can be used at any other food outlet on campus and at off campus locations that accept the card.

The cash terminals at the Brock Dining Services locations will display the combined Meal Plan and Flex Dollars funds you have left. You can also go online to check your Flex Dollars balance by visiting card.brocku.ca You can also ask for a balance check by calling the Brock Card Office during business hours and, in most cases, vendor receipts received after a purchase will also show your combined balance.

If your card is lost or stolen you should deactivate your card to protect your Flex Dollars and Meal Plan funds by visiting card.brocku.ca and using the ‘Deactive Card’ feature, or you may contact the Brock Card Office for more information and assistance during business hours.

Flex Dollars will automatically carry over to the next academic year unless a refund is requested. All refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee.

Flex Dollars is like “meal insurance” — you always know it’s there when you need it! You don’t have to make a trip to the ATM or carry cash around. It’s much quicker and easier; plus you don’t have to pay transaction or monthly fees.
