Replacing your card

Visit the Brock Card office in the Sean O’Sullivan Theatre box office during business hours to replace your lost/stolen/damaged Brock Card.

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm

SUMMER HOURS: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 3:00pm

Lost/stolen cards

To replace a lost or stolen Brock Card, bring valid government-issued Photo ID to the Brock Card office and a new card will be issued to you for a $35 replacement fee. The Brock Card office accepts cash, debit, Visa and MasterCard payments for replacement ID cards.

Damaged cards

To replace a damaged card (either broken or demagnetized), bring it (all pieces are required) to the Brock Card office. The standard fee for replacing a damaged card is $10. However, if you cannot turn in the damaged card at the time the replacement card is being issued, you will be charged $35 for a lost card (see above).
