If you are not sure how your accommodations will be provided with online course delivery, please contact or make an appointment with your Case Manager by emailing asksas@brocku.ca and include your name, student number, contact phone number, and possible dates and times for an appointment.

To schedule an appointment, email asksas@brocku.ca and include your name, student number, contact number, SAS staff member,  and possible dates/times of appointment.

Case Managers and Learning Strategists are available for appointments via phone or Microsoft Teams (audio or video options). Once your appointment has been scheduled, your Case Manager or Learning Strategist will reach out to you with options and instructions on how the appointments will be managed.

If you are not sure how your accommodation needs will be provided with online course delivery, please contact your Case Manager directly or by emailing asksas@brocku.ca.

If additional time is still required for an online test/exam please remind your instructor to check your accommodation needs through the faculty OASIS portal. Instructors are able to adjust times for students on an individual basis.

We will not be charging any missed appointment fees during the COVID-19 alternate delivery format.
