Same Day Mental Health Counselling Appointments – 1 HOUR OR MORE

As this is a same-day appointment model with online booking, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide 1 hour notice before your scheduled appointment. If you do not cancel 1 hour or more before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a fee of $40.00 for the missed appointment.

Personal Counselling Appointments – 24 HOURS OR MORE (Business Days)

If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice (business days).
