Membership fees
All services provided at the Brock-Niagara Centre for Health and Well-Being are included in our rates as follows:

Monthly installments can be made automatically using a credit card or by providing post-dated cheques. You may use any of the above forms of payment to pay your membership in full. Please note that we will extend your membership for absences longer than TWO WEEKS with written notice provided prior to your absence.
