The How to Support Mental Health as a Supervisor program will be led by Martina Ciglenecki. 

Martina brings a wealth of expertise and passion from her current role as the Manager of Health Management & Wellness at Brock University’s Office of People & Culture, where she spearheads critical mental health and wellness development initiatives for the university’s supervisors and employees. With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from York University and specialized training in Workplace Mental Health Leadership from Queen’s University, Martina is deeply committed to promoting mental health and well-being in the workplace.  

As a Course Instructor for The Working Mind at The Mental Health Commission of Canada, Martina effectively utilizes her knowledge and experience to empower individuals and organizations in fostering mentally healthy environments. Martina’s dedication to continuous learning is evidenced by her completion of the Harvard Manage Mentor Leadership Program, where she refined her leadership skills to better serve her community.
