Please be advised that there will be construction activities in MCC 401 and 402 seminar rooms that may affect your work environment. As you may be aware, with undergoing any renovation, we anticipate some level of noise and disruptions during this renovation period.

We understand that your operations may also be affected by the construction work. We want to assure you that we are taking all necessary measures to minimize the disruptions, noise, and inconvenience to our neighboring offices and workspaces.

The construction activities are scheduled to take place during regular business hours, and we have instructed the contractor to ensure that the noise levels are kept to a minimum. Additionally, we have established protocols to ensure that the common corridors and hallways remain clean, clear, and safe throughout the entire renovation period.

We kindly request your understanding and cooperation during this time as we work towards improving our building’s infrastructure but more importantly, our Student Experience.

I will keep you informed of any developments or changes that may impact your day-to-day operations or a day where noise disruptions may be heightened.
