Ahnii, Boozhoo, She:ken, Greetings! I am part Ojibwa on my mother’s side (Mississauga of the New Credit) and Walker Mohawk on my father’s side (Six Nations of the Grand). My current work has been to invite participants into ethical space and acknowledge the stories (not his-story) of Indigenous peoples by first introducing students and fellow colleagues to the Two Row Wampum Belt and allyship.

I am a member of Senate, Two Row Wampum – Dish with One Spoon Committee, Aboriginal Education Committee, and Teaching and Learning Policy Committee. My office is in the Tecumseh Centre for Research and Education.
