Thinking About Perfection

We are currently recruiting participants for our study “Thinking About Perfection – Personality Characteristics, Cognition, and Well-Being.”

This research focuses on examining the links between an individual’s personality (for example, his or her experience of perfectionism), the way that he or she thinks, and how these factors relate to his or her well-being. We hope that this research will identify potential pathways linking perfectionism to psychological well-being, which can then inform applied practice.

Study criteria:

  • Young adults 18-25 years of age
  • Fluent in written English
  • Currently a university student

Please sign up on SONA (; study name “Personality Characteristics, Cognition, and Well-Being”) if you are eligible!
