The Brock Card is the most important piece of identification you will have while at Brock University. It gives you access to the Brock community and its partners. The benefits associated with this card include savings, convenience, flexibility and security.
PLEASE NOTE: As of Friday March 13th, 2020, the Brock Card Office will be closed and we will be unable to monitor x 4770. We kindly ask that all inquiries be addressed via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Meal plans will carry-over.
Please note: There is a one-week blackout period after the last day of exams in April for reconciliation purposes. During this time your meal plan dollars will not be accessible, but flex dollars will be available. The meal plan will be reactivated after this period as a taxable meal plan (NOTE: This balance will appear on card.brocku.ca under Financial Status as ‘Dining Dollars’).
Flex dollars will carry over.
Flex dollars remaining at the end of term will carry over to next term automatically. No forms are required. Should you be graduating or leaving Brock and want a flex dollar refund, please email the Brock Card office at email@example.com. In your email, please include your full name, student number and in the subject line- Flex Refund Request. A processing fee of $25 applies to all flex dollar refunds.
