Conference and Sales Coordinator
With over 10 years of experience as a sales manager in the tourism sector, and her extensive knowledge in marketing, Jessica is more than just a Conference Coordinator. From promoting Brock Conference Services through travel and tradeshow attendance to meeting with former and new clients to plan their events on campus, Jessica is focused on building strong client relationships and ensuring Brock guests have an exceptional experience. She knows what it takes to go above and beyond to make sure that clients satisfied and would be happy to assist in the planning of bringing your group to Brock University.
Conference and Administration Coordinator
Sonya is thrilled to lead the student team of summer conference assistants each season with 15 years of experience in program management and delivery within education and social service organizations in the Niagara Region. With a passion for customer service and working with other to see that their goals are met, Sonya provides creative ideas that are sure to impress new and returning guests to campus. Her attention to detail, enthusiasm and flexibility makes it easy for organizers to enjoy their time at Brock University alongside their invited delegates.

Jeannine has worked with Conference Service for 11 years. As the database specialist and website manager Jeannine maintains the backbone of our operations.
Room bookings coordinator
Heather is a recent Brock graduate of the sport management program and joins the Conference Services team after working in the Brock Alumni office for the last year. With over 2 years of event experience, she is here to help bring your day meeting to the next level. From organizing your catering to coordinating your parking needs, Heather can provide you with a one stop shop for all your event needs.
Hospitality services coordinator
Damon is an alumnus of Brock with an undergrad and Masters focused in kinesiology, a former varsity athlete with the Brock Men’s Volleyball Team, and has plenty of working experience across campus in various departments including Brock Sports camps, Recreation services, Brock University Students’ Union, and previous experience within the Hospitality Services operations. With over 5 years of bartending and event experience Damon is the Hospitality and Event Coordinator and is responsible for beverage services, bookings of the Market Hall, and organization of the Farmers Market in the summer.
