For groups of 25 or more guests, the conference dining plan is an economical and efficient way to ensure tasty and nutritious meals are provided. Working with your conference coordinator prior to arrival, you will provide the number of guests who will be eating and any dietary requirements for each meal during your stay. Our food services team will create an all-you-care-to-eat menu to satisfy your guests in one of our residence dining halls.

From a formal banquet for 500 guests to an intimate BBQ with all the fixings, our experienced catering team will exceed your event expectations. Your conference coordinator will work within your event budget to ensure the décor matches the food quality. Serving seasonal local products whenever possible, guests will be amazed with the experience you have planned for them.

Brock University’s portable bar services can be provided at a variety of licensed venues on campus hosting 20 to 2000 guests. We offer Ontario VQA wines and support local wineries as well as alumni winemakers.
