The Goodman School of Business Consulting Group is a student-run management consulting team that provides a comprehensive range of consultancy services, specializing in helping small-to-medium size organizations.

GRAPE & WINE INDUSTRY RESOURCES

CCOVI, Brock’s internationally renowned grape and wine institute, offers innovative programs and services across the entire grape and wine value chain.

TECHNICAL AND ANALYTICAL SERVICES — SCIENCES

Services include the development of new and innovative equipment for teaching, research and the community as well as the provision of technical expertise and resources for the sciences.

Conference Services

Brock’s Conference Services provides accommodation and food services for small or large conference groups to a maximum of 2,000 guests.

Recreational facility bookings/rentals

Facilities available for booking include: pool space, Walker Complex gymnasia, studios, fields, and rowing centre. Requests are reviewed and granted based on availability and suitability to Brock University.

The Rosalind Blauer Centre for Child Care provides a safe, stimulating, learning environment for children of Brock University students, staff/faculty and community members, in a licensed, non-profit child care centre.

The Brock Learning Lab provides tutoring services in literacy and math.

INSTRUCTIONAL RESOURCE CENTRE (IRC)

The Instructional Resource Centre (IRC) provides specialized instructional resources and services to support Faculty of Education Programs. Clients from the University community and local educators are welcome to use the centre’s resources.

MUSIC ED PLUS

A program that partners volunteer music students with organizations to help those organizations with their musical activities or programs.

LET’S TALK SCIENCE OUTREACH

A national, community-based program connecting educators and youth with outstanding volunteers to deliver a wide variety of meaningful science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) activities for children as young as three years old and youth up to Grade 12. 

OUTREACH TO SCHOOLS AND ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS — FACULTY OF MATHEMATICS AND SCIENCE

The Faculty of Mathematics and Science does outreach to schools and the community in order to collectively promote science awareness, appreciation and proficiency.

SCIENCE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

The Brock University Science Mentorship Program links senior secondary school students to Brock mentors from various disciplines, including Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Health Sciences, Neuroscience and Physics.

Brock-Niagara Centre for Health & Well-Being

The Brock-Niagara Centre offers the following programs: Heart Strong, Power Cord, SeniorFit, and Brock T.E.A.M. Programs cater to various groups including seniors, individuals with cardiovascular disease, and wheelchair bound individuals.

More than a Bookstore! As the retailer on campus at Brock University, the Campus Store is committed to leveraging the purchasing power of Brock to ensure we are providing affordable options for our students.

General Brock Store

General Brock Store is the only student owned and operated convenience store on campus. There is a Booster Juice franchise within the store as well as Megabus and Greyhound bus ticket sales kiosk. Not only are we committed to offering Fair Trade coffee and tea, we also offer affordable student prices on grab and go foods, snacks, beverages and everyday items.

Campus tours

Discover Brock for yourself! All tours are led by current Brock students who will show you around our beautiful campus. You will visit many areas of interest along the way such as classrooms, residences, recreational areas, student meeting spaces, and much more. Campus tours are offered Monday to Friday at 10 a.m. or 2 p.m. and will take approximately 1.5 hours. Select weekend campus tour dates are also available.

Community Learning

Community Learning offers educational experiences for everyone to enjoy. Our programs encourage people in our community to participate, think, share and connect with others.  Our programs include Teen and adult courses, Family Adventures, kids club, math club and our popular March Break and summer programs. There is something for everyone!

DINING ON CAMPUS

From traditional favourites to exotic global cuisines, Brock Dining Services offers quality dining and catering across campus using fresh and local ingredients. The quality, variety, convenience and flexibility of Brock Dining Services offer a wide variety of food options at six unique dining locations on campus. With homemade soups, salad bars, deli bars and custom-made stir-fries, there are many healthy options.

JAMES A. GIBSON LIBRARY

Named after the University’s founding president, the James A. Gibson Library proudly offers rich digital and print collections. In 2009, Brock was accepted for membership in CARL (Canadian Association of Research Libraries), a group of 31 of Canada’s major research libraries.
