August 8 & 9: Triggs International Premium Vinifera Lecture Series
This is the 10th anniversary instalment of the Triggs International Premium Vinifera Lecture Series. The lecture presents a leading international viticulture speaker to lend their expertise through vineyard visits and a public lecture. The 2019 featured speaker is Vaughn Bell, PhD, Senior Scientist, New Zealand Institute for Plant and Food Research.

The Cider and Perry Production foundation course will cover all aspects including ingredient sourcing, quality control and the economics of cider making.  The hands-on program uses lectures, lab work, workshops and tastings to give learners a step-by-step guide to production.
