As part of a 2-year pilot program, Brock University’s Co-op, Career and Experiential Education unit is partnering with the insurance industry to provide an intensive, pre-employment training program for those interested in pursuing careers in insurance but lack industry experience, training and the required credentials to gain employment. Talent Bridge addresses the needs of recent graduates while supporting industry with skilled talent for their current and future business needs.

We are actively seeking partnerships with insurance companies and brokerages for the January 2022 cohort.

Through discussions with key insurance industry partners, we have identified a continuous need for qualified candidates who possess post-secondary level competencies of problem solving, critical thinking and creativity in addition to industry-specific credentials and professional training.

As an industry-focused and led program, Talent Bridge aims to prepare emerging professionals to enter a stable and rewarding profession within the insurance industry, respond to the current needs within the Niagara Region and GTHA, and limit the risks and added recruitment and training costs to you by providing them with a qualified, licensed talent pool.
