BIOGRAPHY
Liliane Welch was born in Luxembourg in 1937. She received her PhD in French Literature from Penn State University in 1964, and moved to Sackville, New Brunswick in 1967. She is Professor Emeritus of French at Mount Allison University in Sackville, New Brunswick.
