Community Engagement

Just as it is important to your Brock experience to get involved on-campus, it is also beneficial to be involved in the community! Student Life hosts a variety of opportunities throughout the year for students to volunteer on their own or with Student Life in the local community and beyond. Volunteering is a great way to meet new people while adding experience and skills to your resume.

Student Life hosts days of service like Brock Cares, local and international experiences with Alternative Reading Weeks, as well as a number of events and fundraisers both on and off campus.

More information on Community Engagement can be found on the Student Life website, and events can be found on the Community Engagement and Volunteering ExperienceBU page.

Volunteer Fair

Volunteer Fair brings organizations from across Niagara to Brock to share available volunteer opportunities and connect with the Brock Community. The Volunteer Fair takes place in September and January each academic year – visit the Community Engagement and Volunteering ExperienceBU page for more information.

Have questions about how to get involved? Come visit us in the Student Life Involvement Commons in Mackenzie Chown A204, or email us at community@brocku.ca
