Brock Sports Performance is proud to announce our Off-Season Training Programs.

These camps are testing based, results driven, periodized programming. Delivered to help you achieve your best performance this upcoming season.

Come train with coaches that have delivered elite level programming internationally.

Programs Include

Performance Testing

All camps include performance combine based testing.

Testing includes:

  • FMS & Anthropometrics
  • Speed & Power Testing using Lasers, Jump Mats, and GymAware
  • Strength Testing
  • Sessional Monitoring
  • Other Technology

Individualized Cloud Based Programming

Football, Hockey or court sport athlete?

Brock sports performance will develop a custom training program based on your testing results ensuring that you get RESULTS!!

Programs are delivered through our cloud based platform TeamBuildr which allows your Brock Sports Performance coaches to monitor and track your progress.

SPEED and Conditioning Training

SPEED KILLS! and the FITTEST Athletes will finish the game stronger!

Brock Sports Performance staff will teach you how to run faster, and last longer.

We use lasers and other technology to ensure you are getting Faster!
