Participants also develop personalized plans to foster belonging and collaboration within their teams.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/brocku.sharepoint.com\/sites\/Learning-and-Development\/SitePages\/LeadingatBrock.aspx?csf=1&amp;web=1&amp;e=G4iMIf&amp;CID=5f92b9a8-9a31-4c12-8775-d9b6b51af93a\">Leading at Brock<\/a> program supports employees already in management roles, focusing on strategic thinking, emotional intelligence and coaching skills.
