During the event, she discussed the importance of curiosity, flexibility and listening to all voices when it comes to effective leadership using a combination of anecdotes and insights on everything from poetry to pig herding.<\/p>\n<p>Details on this and\u202fother\u202fupcoming Women in Leadership sessions, including dates, descriptions and login information are available on\u202fthe\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/social-sciences\/wil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WIL website<\/a>. Members of the Brock community can use their Campus ID to access recordings of past online sessions.<\/p>\n<p>Women in Leadership is committed to supporting and advancing persons who identify as women to achieve and succeed in leadership.
