Vegetarian, gluten-free and Halal options will be available.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur goal is to showcase the diversity of menu options offered in Market,\u201d says Malcolm Dales, Director of Dining and Conference Services. \u201cWe refreshed Market Eatery over the summer and made changes based on feedback we\u2019d received.
