The pathway for entrepreneurship can look different for graduate students.<\/p>\n
A significant turning point in Sarfaroz Yunusov\u2019s journey was discovering the Brock LINC\u2019s Navigate program at a networking event. Yunosov, who is pursuing a master\u2019s in Computer Science, decided to reach out about a business idea he was considering through his graduate program.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe program is a unique opportunity for Brock students looking to commercialize their business ideas, and I was interested in how it would provide insight beyond my academic field,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n
Brock LINC\u2019s Navigate<\/a> program is an 11-week intensive program that helps entrepreneurs test and develop early-stage business ideas through market research and feedback from potential customers. At the end of the program, participants pitch their business ideas to a panel of judges for a chance to win a $2,500 cash prize. The program is open to all Brock students, staff and faculty as well as local community members.<\/p>\n
