{"id":93354,"date":"2024-06-06T12:30:21","date_gmt":"2024-06-06T16:30:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/?p=93354"},"modified":"2025-07-10T10:10:27","modified_gmt":"2025-07-10T14:10:27","slug":"ancillary-services-survey-aims-to-enhance-on-campus-experience","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/2024\/06\/ancillary-services-survey-aims-to-enhance-on-campus-experience\/","title":{"rendered":"Ancillary Services survey aims to enhance on-campus experience"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Brock\u2019s Ancillary Services is inviting faculty and staff to share their feedback on parking, printing services, the Campus Store and select on-campus dining options in a <a href=\"https:\/\/brock.ca1.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_8CZR1CuTZpcTD0y\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">new survey<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Results from the survey, along with those collected from a similar student-focused survey launched in March, will be used to enhance the on-campus experience, improve product offerings and customer service, and identify opportunities for the future.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe recognize that the needs of Brock\u2019s faculty and staff are often different from those of Brock\u2019s student population,\u201d says Ed Wall, Associate Vice-President of Ancillary Services. \u201cOur goal is to provide services that support both groups, and these surveys are crucial in ensuring we\u2019re achieving that goal.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Survey responses are anonymous, and participants have the option of providing their email address after submitting the survey for a chance to win one of five $100 Pen Centre gift cards.
