Brock employees embrace yoga in nature for Mental Health Week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Brock faculty and staff were met with sunshine and blue skies when they took part in a lunchtime Yoga in the Cherry Blossoms session on Friday, May 10 as part of this year\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/2024\/04\/brock-mental-health-week-to-promote-kindness-compassion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mental Health Week<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Yoga instructor Justine Cotton, who is also a Liaison Librarian at Brock, led a group of more than 20 participants through a series of yoga exercises under the cherry blossom trees following their peak bloom.<\/p>\n<p>Hosted by Brock\u2019s Health Management and Wellness team in partnership with the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cmha.ca\/event\/cmha-mental-health-week\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Canadian Mental Health Association<\/a>\u00a0(CMHA), the event wraps up a week of activities that
