{"id":92639,"date":"2024-05-07T12:41:19","date_gmt":"2024-05-07T16:41:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/?p=92639"},"modified":"2024-05-08T10:49:33","modified_gmt":"2024-05-08T14:49:33","slug":"brock-barbecue-promotes-mental-health-awareness","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/2024\/05\/brock-barbecue-promotes-mental-health-awareness\/","title":{"rendered":"Brock barbecue promotes mental health awareness"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>More than 200 Brock employees participated in the annual barbecue luncheon for Mental Health Week on Tuesday, May 7.<\/p>\n<p>Brock\u2019s Health Management and Wellness team hosted the event in partnership with Aramark Canada, with a portion of the proceeds from each ticket sold to the Canadian Mental Health Association \u2014 Niagara branch.<\/p>\n<p>The lunch is part of a broader <a href=\"https:\/\/experiencebu.brocku.ca\/organization\/healthsafetyandwellness\/events\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">calendar of events<\/a> intended to promote relaxation and encourage employees to connect with each other.
