In her upcoming Women in Leadership presentation, Di Bella will share concrete tools attendees can use to preserve their personal space in a world where they are always in demand.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMany women shy away from positions of leadership for fear that they become consumed by the demands of their role. But, with some strategic boundaries in place, it is possible to navigate the world of leadership and still have a life outside of it,\u201d\u00a0says Di Bella, who is also an Associate Professor of Music.<\/p>\n<p>Di Bella\u2019s presentation, \u201cTesting the Balance: Lead without losing yourself,\u201d will take place on Wednesday, May 1 from noon to 1 p.m. on Microsoft Teams.
