Schmon Tower will be closed from 12:01 to 4 a.m. on Sunday, April 3 as maintenance crews do some electrical work.<\/p>\n
During recent preventative maintenance on the Schmon Tower\u2019s electric systems, Facilities Management<\/a> identified several electrical deficiencies. To fix these, crews must shut down the power to local areas in the tower. These areas include power supply to emergency, elevator and IT circuits.<\/p>\n Access to the building during the maintenance time will be granted on an emergency basis only. This is done through Campus Security at 905-688-5550 x3200. Temporary signage will be installed on exterior doors indicating that the building is closed.
