{"id":90793,"date":"2024-02-07T12:20:40","date_gmt":"2024-02-07T17:20:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/?p=90793"},"modified":"2024-02-09T15:56:05","modified_gmt":"2024-02-09T20:56:05","slug":"candidate-presentations-for-university-librarian-to-take-place-next-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/2024\/02\/candidate-presentations-for-university-librarian-to-take-place-next-week\/","title":{"rendered":"Candidate presentations for University Librarian to take place next week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Brock community is invited to attend virtual presentations for three shortlisted candidates seeking the role of University Librarian.<\/p>\n<p>The process to search for Brock\u2019s next University Librarian was launched in the fall and is proceeding under the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/policies\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/94\/Policy-on-the-Appointment-of-Academic-Administrators.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Policy on the Appointment of Academic Administrators<\/a>. The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/vp-academic\/2023\/10\/04\/announcing-the-advisory-committee-on-the-university-librarian\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Advisory Committee<\/a>\u00a0has interviewed a long list of candidates and agreed upon a short list.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates will be visiting Brock next week.
