Brock faculty and staff are invited to kick off the start of the Fall Term with the return of an annual tradition marking the beginning of the academic year.<\/p>\n

The President\u2019s Annual Opening of Term Barbecue will take place Thursday, Aug. 31 from noon to 1:30 p.m. in Jubilee Court. Market Hall will serve as a backup location in case of inclement weather.<\/p>\n

Along with live music and lawn games, the event will include a lunch menu with a choice of beef burger, veggie burger or ballpark hot dog with a side of chips and canned pop. Halal and gluten-free options will also be available.<\/p>\n

Tickets for the event, which have been subsidized by the President\u2019s Office, are $6 each and available on Eventbrite<\/a>. The deadline to purchase tickets is Monday, Aug. 21.<\/p>\n
