{"id":83974,"date":"2023-03-03T13:30:41","date_gmt":"2023-03-03T18:30:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/?p=83974"},"modified":"2023-03-13T11:04:16","modified_gmt":"2023-03-13T15:04:16","slug":"wellness-week-to-provide-resources-relaxation-for-students","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brocku.ca\/brock-news\/2023\/03\/wellness-week-to-provide-resources-relaxation-for-students\/","title":{"rendered":"Wellness Week to provide resources, relaxation for students"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A week of activities is aiming to educate students about their well-being and provide suggestions on how to alleviate stress as the end of term approaches.<\/p>\n<p>Wellness Week will run from Monday, March 6 to Friday, March 10 with a selection of events organized by the Brock University Students\u2019 Union (BUSU) in partnership with the Brock Library, the Student Wellness and Accessibility Centre (SWAC), Brock Recreation and Brock Alumni.<\/p>\n<p>With events available across campus along with a range of activities, BUSU Vice-President Student Services Yasmine Hejazi said the week will be a mixture of fun activities and educational supports.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWellness Week will offer students a variety of opportunities to reflect, relax and recharge,&#8221;
